Is REVON Smart Cupper safe to use?

1. Is it safe to use?

Absolutely. The device is completely safe for regular use on skin and muscles. However, we advise against using it if you are pregnant, have a bleeding disorder, or have open wounds or ulcers.

2. Why does it leave red marks?

Red marks are a natural result of increased blood circulation and detoxification in the treated area. They are temporary and typically fade within a few hours, depending on the suction intensity used.

3. How often should I use it?

For best results, we recommend using the device for 5 - 20 minutes per session, allowing at least 3 days between each treatment spot to give your skin time to recover.

4. Is it USB rechargeable?

Yes! The device charges conveniently with any USB-C cable, making it easy to power up wherever you are.

Is REVON Essential oil safe to use?

1. Is this oil 100% pure and natural?

Yes. All Revon essential oils are steam distilled from real botanicals—free from fillers, additives, or synthetic fragrances. What you get is pure, undiluted therapeutic-grade oil.

2. How is it different from smaller oils?

Our 118ml bottle is more than 10x larger than typical 10ml droppers—perfect for regular users, massage therapists, and cupping therapy routines. It’s bulk-sized without compromising on purity.

3. How should I use it with cupping therapy?

Simply apply a few drops to the skin before cupping. It acts as a gliding base while delivering targeted relief for muscle tension, soreness, and stiffness.

4. Can I use it without the cupping device?

5. Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes—our oils are lab-tested and free of harsh additives. However, we recommend a patch test before full-body use if you have very sensitive skin.

6. What’s the shelf life?

Approximately 36 months if stored in a cool, dark place. The amber bottle protects the oil from UV light to preserve freshness.

7. Does it come with a dropper?

Yes! Each 118ml bottle comes with a precision glass dropper to prevent waste and ensure easy, mess-free application.

2. Can I still get the free 10ml oil if I buy a bundle but use the welcome email link?”

The free 10ml Essential Oil is only applied when your order includes eligible items — such as 1–2 Smart Cuppers, 1–2 Essential Oil bottles, or the Ultimate Recovery Kit.

If your cart contains larger bundles (e.g. 3+ oils or 4-unit Smart Cupper sets), the system will not apply the complimentary oil, even if you use the welcome link, as those sets already come with their own built-in promotions.

3. Can I choose the scent of my free 10ml oil?

The scent of the complimentary oil is selected at random and cannot be chosen. This is intentional as we want to give new customers the chance to discover and experience a variety of our scents.

However, for bundle purchases (such as the 2-unit or 4-unit sets) where oils are already included as part of the offer, you’ll be able to select your preferred scents directly, and they will not be randomly given.
